Blades, build up, and hard surface welding these are the things that keep shears running. When it comes to mobile or stationary shears if you have it we’ll work on it. We also repair cracks, broken jaws, broken pins and worn out pivot groups. We do shear repair in all aspects with the exception of hydraulics.
Though we started out as a company focused on shear repair and shear rebuilding, many of our customers had material handlers in need of maintenance. Replacing tips is key to good maintenance and will save you from future problems long term, but if you have those problems we also repair cracks, rebuild tines, and repair breaks when possible.
Though most of our business has centered around the metal recycling industry we have done shear repair and shear rebuilding for other types of customers as well. Bulldozers, buckets, and booms have all seen the business end of our torch tips and welding electrodes. If you have heavy equipment that needs working on give us a call.
